3-Axis Lorentz-Force Magnetic Sensors for Electronic Compass Applications

Background

Soner Sonmezoglu received the B.S. and M.S. degrees (with high honors) in electrical and electronics engineering from Middle East Technical University (METU), Ankara, Turkey, in 2010 and 2012, respectively. He is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering at University of California, Davis, CA under the supervision of Professor David A. Horsley. His research interests include microelectromechanical systems, MEMS inertial sensors, CMOS IC design, capacitive interface and control electronics.
